There are of course, many of us, who communicate more-or-less without any difficulty, at any given time or within any group situation etc - but there are also many people who sit and listen / observe, but tend to hold back - possibly because they're unsure of what impact they may make on the group or that they're not entirely sure as to whether or not they'll be taken seriously or they may even be fearful of actually opening their mouths because they lack confidence in doing so ie. many people join groups or associate themselves with groups - but don't participate / engage / contribute fully to the process ie. growth and development.
More experienced collective / project members (or very confident individuals) need to learn about being patient and supportive as well as being focused ie. by actually implementing 'Active Listening' (conscious listening) themselves - they learn to accommodate other people by providing them with a platform to speak from. We ONLY actually learn, by actively listening ourselves, rather than talking endlessly. This eventually leads to all-round effective communication and therefore a healthier collective / project.
When everyone is 'up to speed' communicating consciously within the collective / project, everyone's attributes are being taken on-board ie. their Perspectives, Practices, Qualities, Experiences, Expertise. The collective / project develops real flexible strength and true depth - and gains real insight into current and future challenges and is therefore always able to come up with realistic strategies and thereby always able to accomplish realistic goals.
